Sql server 2008 installtion Server configuration Problem

when you installing SQL SERVER 2008 you see the following windows. when you press Next , it will 100% gives you error.

Click on use the same account for sql services. you will see the following window

Now select netowrk services as account name & click ok.

Now click next.....
